Sources
All data originates from the official records of the Federal Assembly of Switzerland. We ingest structured data on councillors, affairs, votes and sessions, plus full debate transcripts.

Cleaning & normalisation
Raw records are de-duplicated across languages, stripped of markup artefacts, and normalised so names, parties, factions and affairs link together consistently.

Coverage
Both chambers — the National Council and the Council of States — across recent legislative periods, in German, French, Italian and English.

AI enrichment
Some fields (topics, summaries, question answers) are generated by AI to aid navigation. These are clearly distinguishable from source data, and AI answers always cite the underlying records.

Known limits
AI-generated fields can contain errors and should be verified against the cited source. Historical coverage varies by data type. We correct issues as they are reported.
